The fourth and final Altar Sessions is almost here.
On 24 January, we gather with the element of Fire — the element of will and power.
Said to be the first element, fire animates all being. It expands, creates, transforms; and, when untended, it burns and destroys.
This session invites us to meet Fire within ourselves: to recognise, name, and direct our inner power. Honouring the body as the first altar, we'll explore how Fire moves through and with us - through reflection, conversation, and gentle embodied practice.
For this one, all you need is yourself.
